Time Play is when you get unlimited games on all swipers except for Green. Tickets are preloaded with Time Play packages so any tickets won during game play are not awarded.

Tickets and credit expire 24 months from last use.

You can top up your ticket balance using money. This is only recommended if you are very close to the ticket value of the prize you want.

Only registered cards qualify for discounts with our membership. Also, if you lose your card, we can find your card in the system.

You can register your card at any location, just see one of our friendly team members.

The best thing to do is register your card with your name and email because if you lose we can look it up in out system. Without these details we can’t find your card.

Yes, all parties require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

All parties include a host, lanyard and party room hires (select locations only) as standard. Please note: Myer Centre and Sunnybank do not have party rooms). All other inclusions depend on what party package you have booked.

Yes, a parent/guardian must stay with the party for the entire booking.

No problem! You can walk in and receive the party deals for 8 or more guests.

Each location varies with what food is available. Food can be supplied by a third party.

Yes, bring whatever you like (except alcohol, sorry!).
